Shelmith is a Financial Consultant and Trainer. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the United States International University – Africa (USIU-A), is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK). She is also an associate member of the Association of Business Executives (ABE-UK).

She has over 15 Years of experience in Finance and Accounting, Business Management, Strategy and Change Management, having worked for Toyota Kenya as Finance and Administration Manager – Service Division and most recently as Head of Finance at Christ is the Answer Ministrie's (CITAM).
